Whilst senior design director of Landor, Andrew Glidden led the design team which developed site enhancements, signing and wayfinding for the Eurotunnel / Le Shuttle terminals in Folkstone and Calais. Following extensive market analysis, the desire was to drive more customers through the terminal buildings. The system included large sculptural banner elements intended to assist in orientation around the vast car parking zones, and improved 'branded' wayfinding signage on all major approach routes.

Prior to establishing Glidden Design in 1997, founder Andrew Glidden spent 10 years with one the largest international design consultancies, Landor Associates, working on many major world-wide programmes, including the project featured above.
